Through the website at novaagent.site and the AI chat application at chat.novaagent.site, you can start AI conversations, ask questions that draw on web research, upload files and get answers based on their content, set up automations, and pick up conversations later thanks to memory and personalization. Whether you call this page our Terms and Conditions or our terms of service, it lays out the ground rules for using NOVA AGENT and its AI services.

Accepting the NOVA AGENT Terms and Conditions

Some NOVA AGENT features pull in info from the web or other outside sources. That info comes from websites and services we don’t control, so it can change, disappear, or just be wrong and we won’t always know when that happens. If NOVA AGENT links you to a third-party site or pulls in info from one, that’s not us saying we’ve checked it out or stand behind it.
Same as with anything else on here, it’s just good practice to double-check anything important before you act on it.

The NOVA AGENT name, logo, website design, software, and other platform features belong to us or our licensors, and these Terms don’t give you ownership over them. You’re welcome to use NOVA AGENT for its intended purpose, but that doesn’t extend to copying, reselling, or reverse-engineering the platform itself.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Decisions you make using information from NOVA AGENT are ultimately your own, so applying your own judgment matters, particularly for anything with real consequences.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NOVA AGENT and its team won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues connected to AI-generated content, third-party services, or service interruptions. Nothing here is meant to limit any rights you have that can’t legally be limited under the laws that apply to you.
Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms and Conditions every now and then maybe we’re adding a new feature, need to keep up with legal requirements, or just tightening things up. If a change really affects your rights or how you use NOVA AGENT, we’ll try to give you a heads-up in a reasonable way, like posting an update right here on this page.
